Food and Art

Making art is a way for me to stay grounded and in the moment. Food, well if you don’t eat you don’t think.

In my role with Indwell I created spice classes because spices have tied the world together for eons. 20,0000 year old pimento, or allspice, native to Jamaica, was found in an archeological dig in Syria sealed in a clay envelope. At one time pepper was more expensive than gold. Below are some of the spice classes I have run that you can download and try for yourself.
